Student Community Service
Every student in grades 7-12 at Autauga Academy is required to complete 20 hours per year of community service hours. These hours may be completed at the school (clean up days, concession stands, field maintenance, etc) and/or in the community (church, nursing home, etc).
Please fill out the following form and turn it in to the office any time you complete hours in order to ensure that they are recorded. Do NOT wait until the last minute to get these in (especially if you are a senior)!
