Dual Enrollment

Autauga Academy partners with local colleges and universities to provide our students with the opportunity to take classes that will allow them to earn both high school and college credit.     

WALLACE COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Dual Enrollment allows high school students to get a jump start on their college career. Students are afforded the opportunity to earn college credit while earning a high school diploma. Dual Enrollment provides students with the ability to adjust to the college environment and course expectations before becoming a full-time college student. College credit will be awarded immediately upon successful completion of the course.

Eligibility requirement for dual enrollment:

•   Must be in the 11th or 12th grade
•   For academic dual enrollment, students must have an unweighted 2.5 G.P.A.
•   Meet the entrance requirements established by participating Alabama Community College Systems (ACCS)

Classes include, but are not limited to, English, History, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Introduction to Health.
